I have been spotting for three days now, not constantly but enough so that it gets in my underwear. it is a brownish color and I have been feeling bloated and I've had cramps, I'm supposed to get my period in a week. could I be pregnant?

I'm in the same boat but I've got a lot of other symptoms. Trying not to get my hopes up but I really want to be pregnant. Already had an appt to see my GP tomorrow so will see how that goes. xxx
