I have gastric issues, and will easily get gastric pains when I miss my mealtime. I always have to refrain myself from caffeinated drinks especially ice lemon tea and coffee, cold and fizzy stuff, anything acidic or sour. Even eggs give me a stomachache, particularly for breakfast. I have to avoid eating too much fruits like papaya, apples, and even candies as they make me hungry very quickly.
My stools haven't been normal for quite a few years now. It's always been in very sticky, rotten-like state every time, and I always have to spend a long time cleaning up. And if I eat something among the list of prohibited food items mentioned above, my stools become worse coupled with stomach aches. Generally, I have to visit the toilet for one big business everyday.
The thing is I've been avoiding all the aforementioned items as far as possible, but my stools never really solidify into a normal state. The only time I see my stools being normal is when I'm on medication, or hold back for a couple of hours, which is obviously not a proper solution. I get stomachaches almost everyday especially when waking up. I notice that when I sleep for bare 3 hours, my stomach won't hurt as my food has just been digested on time. But if I sleep for 8 to 10 hours, it's a guarantee that I will get a stomachache asmy food has been completely digested many hours ago and my stomach is empty with a lot of gas.
The doctor just prescribes me famotin, which never made any differences. Heck, it doesn't even help me at all when I'm on gastric attacks.
Anyone has any ideas to help me return my stools to normal, and also to cure my gastric problems permanently so that I can enjoy eating what everyone eats? :( It'd be great if there's a natural way to cure this. Thank you!
