i have my skin peel off and redish in my testes for over three weeks. Any time i want to had my bath it is really difficult for me because if water enter there it really pains me seriously, i even found it difficult to walk too because of the pains any time it touches my cloth. it is even getting to my penis now. I use anti fungal cream and effection tablet prescribed my pharmasist yet not relieves, what will I do . Please i need your help
