Just try wrapping your hand (gently but with some grip) around your penis when erect and stroke back and forth. You can try this in the shower using conditioner and for the most part there is no clean up. You can also try using lotion and a tissue to catch the ejaculate or while on the toilet. It may take time to find what works for you. everybody likes something different.
