I have the same problem too :'( I'm 18 yrs old and I look like 12 yrs old. Jeez! Everybody thought I'm just elementary. I have a flat chest too :'( ghad! I tried to wear bigger bra but the strap always go down on my shoulder and it is so embarassing and annoying because I always fix the strap and adjust it. And I have a petite body frame. The solution is to enjoy it, be happy with it and you will find a guy who is too. BTW, why do you wear a bra if you nothing to put in it? Pretending is a big turnoff for a guy while being proud of what you look like (no bra) is a big turnON.
