I woke up this morning with pain in my scrotum. It came completely out of nowhere and I have no idea what caused it as I have not had problems like this before. The pain varied during the day but now the pain levels are low. I've taken a look at my scrotum and there are about four or five small red spots. I've not had sex in about 4 months and I am 17 years old. I am quite concerned so any help would be appreciated
