I have PCOS and I got pregnat 1 year ago and in my 5 week I had a miscarriage

Hi Everyone!

I have PCOS and I got pregnat 1 year ago and in my 5 week I had a miscarriage. Now I have be trying and there is no luck as of yet. I am turing 32 and 7 years marriage and would love to have a baby. I am seeing the specialist and did try mediform but I was getting sick with that.  The specialist said that I can get pregnat and can try for IUI but now he is telling me that my husbands sperm is not active for more then 4 hours... I really dont know what to do...And now I had my last period on June 26 to July 5. I am spotting here and there but scared to do a test.. I am tired of seeing  negative respond. Anyone guide me?
