I been selfpleasuring for a long time..many people say is a good thing and it help with stress and stuff . I used to like doing it but now i just want to stop cause every time i masturbated i just feel guilty for some reason.I try to stop but after a moth i just give up.I just want to quit please help..i really ,really need help :-( :-( :-( :-( waiting for an answer

Hi honey! Before I go into how you do this, you need to know something 1st OK? Masturbation is 100% normal and natural! ALL mammals masturbate/self touch! Babies do it in the womb, from birth onwards! It is NOT a sin and isn't mentioned anywhere in the bible!
NOW that been said, IF you still want to stop the natural urge you have to change your brain waves! You have to be able to take your mind off of that comfort feeling that most people have from masturbation! You will need to find other comforts - as long as they aren't un healthy! With self touch, you are not only dealing with a sexual feeling but also the feeling of comfort and release! It is a hard thing to do, but IF you REALLY need this and can't get over the mental guilt! Then you have to accept that you are NOT going to follow that urge, and perhaps start visuallizing other things, and thinking of other things each time the thought comes to you! Children touch themselves to feel safe! So you will need to break this! It WILL be hard, but not impossible! Good luck and health!
