i Have swollen breast, vaginal pains and abdominal pains , i feel nausea when i eat, my feet hurt if im up to long , but ii dont think im pregnant, and i dont know whats wrong with me, can someone help..?

Well if you're on your period then that could be a reason. If not then I would go to the doctor as you may be pregnant or an infection could be the case as well.
