I have no problems retracting my penis, however,
when erect, my foreskin fully covers the penis head, and there's some foreskin beyond the tip of the head.
I like having foreskin, but I have too much foreskin, that can cause discomfort. Sometimes when urinating the stream of urine goes all over the places, and also while having sometimes I have to pay attention so that I keep the skin retracted manually, because it goes back up by itself from time to time.
I was wondering what can I do to remove only a very minor part of the foreskin.. I just want a very minimal part removed in order to have the optimal functionality. There is partical cirmucision as a solution from what I've heard, but I've read that it's pretty painful and it takes about a month to recover. Is there a more pain-free solution to my issue.

I found a picture of a normal uncircumcised penis on the Internet that has closely as much foreskin as I do, the picture is presented for better illustration of how my penis look like.
This is also a normal uncirmucised penis, it seems to have less foreskin than the other one,and this more or less how I want my penis to look, and the amount of foreskin that I want to have

It sounds as your real complain is difficulty in peeing neatly.
I also have a long foreskin and like you, I can retract and sometimes it slips forward again.
What I do is plan on peeing through my foreskin. I pull my foreskin forward a little until it forms a spout that I can use to aim my stream. I can then pee neatly.

Getting your foreskin trimmed is NOT a good idea. The foreskin is filled with nerves and blood vessels. Cutting the foreskin will sever those nerves and blood vessels and this is can only interfere with blood circulation and sensation.
Furthermore the ridged band is at the very tip of the foreskin so if you cut off the tip, you would lose your ridged band which is where much sensation is located.

The foreskin is an asset and highly beneficial. A full-length foreskin is more of an asset and more beneficial than a short foreskin. Moreover, the ancient Greeks considered a long, tapering foreskin to be a sign of male beauty. The long tip is called the akroposthion.
Long full-length foreskins will not auto-retract on erection. Only inadequate short foreskins will auto-retract. For your skin to go back, the foreskin has to be wide enough to retract over the head.
If your foreskin is wide enough, it will retract if it is shorter than the erect penis. If it is longer, then it will never retract by itself but may be pushed back, however, it may not stay back. Some full-length foreskins spring forward again when released.
When a full-length foreskin is manually retracted, it gathers in folds at the base of the penis. The folds want to unfold and push the foreskin forward back to its normal position. With regard to peeing with a foreskin, I think you have two options:
1. You can retract your foreskin and pee right out of your urethra.
or
2. You can pull your foreskin out and hold it so it forms a nozzle and pee through it. You can direct it where it needs to go.
