Hello cool22.... What exactly did you do to your finger in phys ed? Did you pinch it in something or hit it hard against a wall or a ball when trying to catch it? You may have possibly broke it if you cannot bend it, but the swelling will keep your finger from bending as well. How long ago did it happen? You may want to have it xrayed; if it is broke, they can set it so that it heals properly.
Has any of our forum readers break a finger ever? What were the symptoms of the fracture and what did the doctor do for it?
