I'm currently 13 years old, and I'm not going to lie; I'm fat. I'm about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weigh a whopping average of 205. My weight is all over the place. Sometimes it's 208, and sometimes it's 203. I just want to lose weight, to get back in the average weight for the male of my size. I'm currently in summer break for school, and feel like I can drop at least 10-15 pounds by the end of summer, if I really tried. Does anyone have any techniques? I'm really self conscious about my body. Please, please help me.
