I think it will come out easily if it's big enough (enough surface to push out). It would be harder to push it out if it somehow was stuck in recto-sigmoid junction or deeper.

Well I have used some apples and oranges and they always came out easily. You just have to learn how to push them out slowly. If you don't push them too deep then they can't get stuck as the recto-sigmoid junction usually is quite narrow but everyone is different.
