Absolutely not. I was of a similar age to her when I lost my virginity. I wanted to have sex and I wanted a much older boyfriend. I did and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
Some girls need that and will pursue sex until they get it. It is okay as long as the girl has reached puberty. Once a girl hits puberty her desires increase and she will seek out relationships. That is instinctive and biological. It is very normal.
Now we have to get away from that belief that we should only have sex with the one guy who will be ours forever. That is so false and untrue. Nothing is forever. Nothing is permanent. Life is unpredictable. Who knows what is in store for us.

No you are not too young, as long as you wanted to have sex and the guy was a decent bloke. I was you age when I had my first sexual experience with a guy who was many many years older.

I have NO regrets because it was the best thing that happened to me. My confidence sky rocketed, I was so happy, I felt loved and wanted, I learned what intimacy and affection was and he was the most amazing, exceptional, mature and loving, patient and tolerant person, anyone could possibly find. I was apprehensive and anxious at first but he made my first time feel like I was in heaven. He made sure I came to no harm. Even though I used to masturbate a lot I was very naive when it came to full blown sex. I was lucky to have him because he made it so easy and I kept going back for more. 

So you are not too young but it is very important to be prepared to make sure you don't fall pregnant or develop any STDs.

The rules are stupid in the USA. The world is changing yet the rules in the USA have not evolved to keep up with the changes.
Those rules make young teens look like idiots. I dont think we need parents, society or the law to chaperone our sexuality.
Once you become a teen it is for that teen to decide how they want to conduct their sexuality and with whom they want to have a relationship with.
I can see no harm in a 14 yr old and a 21 yr old having a relationship if the guy is decent, educated, sensitive and caring, respectful and a good influence on the girl. Why should that relationship be outlawed. Does not make sense !!
There are more problems with same age relationships - just read the news and you will find the amount of sh*t that goes on with same age relationships. Older bfs have a lot more understanding and are more responsible. I know that for sure because thats what happened with me. My bf was a lot lot older but he was the most decent guy.

no, it's your body and if you enjoy it then by all means go for it. there is no right age , just a loss of immaturity that makes you feel ashamed. if you are comfortable doing it, it feels good, and use protection, then go ahead and do it and don't let any holier than thou people tell you otherwise. everyone matures differently.. but good luck finding a boy that isn't immature about it. boys don't grow up until their 30's.
