No matter your age, you were drunk, being drunk isn't an excuse but it is something that you know is going to affect your brain and body, he could see you were drunk but took advantage of you. If you want to tell your parents, tell them then, they should understand, explain that your sorry for lying as you were disgusted in yourself, parents are parents they may not be happy but they'll accept you for who you are because your their child.
