i m 20 years old and i m havin irregular periods my progesterone level is below 0.03 is it a problem

i m 20 years old student and i m having irregular periods since i started my mc(13 years)
i had done my prolactin test.thyroid test,blood test and all other possible test they all are normal
but my progesterone level result is below 0.03 is there any complications for my future for gettin pregnant?
