ok it doesnt slow down the creation of sperm yout just probably to young just give it some time...youll be fine but when u do ejaculate it gets rid of old sperm cuz once u hit puberty you continue to make it all the time and it doesnt slow down puberty eather so u got nothin to worry about cuz most teens do this anyway im 16 and i do it about every week and im fine
