I believe that I have changed; everything has changes since menopause started. I sweat a lot, experience hot flashes that can be annoying and sudden attack of depression. I need to vent somehow. Do you have any suggestions what should I do? Some medicines, activities, hobby, exercises? Please, help I am desperate.
