I popped a pimple on my right breast and it has turned into a big lump

Breast is a soft tissue and any infection spreads very fast. Do not squeeze or pinch your breasts everyday, you may aggravate the situation. On the contrary do check if your nipple is leaking any fluid. Apply warm compress over your breasts and the situation may resolve in few days time. Repeat warm compress over breasts thrice or more daily. If the so call lump is giving your pain - please visit a doctor who may give you a thorough check.
