I quit smoking, but I feel that my throat is caught, could it be cancer?

I am just a 17 years old. I have been smoking for a year. But there is a feeling that my throat is caught. It feela heavy. And my weight has loosen 4 kgs..! I left smoking.! But i dont want to die sooner..! Is it cancer..??
