My husband and I are trying to have a baby however my cervical mucus is never thick and stringy will this lessen my chances of getting pregnant. Please someone answer me! I have asked many times and no one will respond. HELP!!!

I never had thick mucus around my ovulation time until this month and it was so thick that I couldn't even get it to seperate. My husband and myself have been trying for almost 4 years to concieve (unsuccessfully) and my cervical mucus has never been this thick.
