I recently had BV and thrush but just got treated

I recently had BV and thrush but just got treated. While I had the BV AND THRUSH, I was having unprotected sex with my boyfriend (who is uncircumcised), after sex his penis would be sore, red under the skin and smell of off fish, (like how my vag would smell) even after shower. But now all those symptoms have completely gone and he doesn't wanna go get treated, should he still go get meds, will it matter? And is it possible he will pass those infections back to me again ??
