I recently had a uti and bv and took medications and got a yeast infection

Hello, I recently had a uti and bv and took medications and got a yeast infection. I took my antibiotics n my yeast infection pill and started birth control pills all around the same time.. It's a week later and I noticed that my vagina has just been overly wet n has a sour taste. No symptoms just wet n sour taste.. I don't wanna douche and make it worse and I have no clue what to do.. So if anybody come up with anything please let me know! I love sex a lot and I just don't feel comfortable receiving oral with this type of problem
