i recently started noticing painful urination, frequent urination, white discharge coming from my vagina. didnt really think anything of it at first, but after having sex with my husband, he has the same symptoms. I also bled during intercourse. we tested our urine and they are positive for leukocytes and negative for nitrites. what can this be?
