So I think I found evidence that my girl friend is cheating on me. It is far out of her character for her to do this (she has seen the damage of cheating in everyone of her relationshis before but so have I) and she honestly tells me she loves me and wants to be with me everyday. I found a diva pod in the trash a week or two prior to her monthly cycle. I honestly can't rationalize a reason she would wear one unless she would use it for contraception. What is worse is that I own a black light and came upon a stain in her excercise room that looks to long and deep to be cat pee or sweat. Is this truly something or am I being insecure.

So, whatever you think is happening, you need to come up clean with her. You need to confront her, especially because you said that she had a bad experience in the past.
If she still loves you, she will tell you everything. If she doesn't admit to cheating, you need to decide whether to trust her or leave her. If you cannot put faith in a person, it is better without her/him.
