I started eating Quaker oats (mixed with hot water) for breakfast. Because I am trying to gain weight, I add peanut butter for the extra calories.
A few hours later, I hit the toilet. My poop feels fine going through the rectum but as soon as it squeezes through my anus, there seems to be a stretching or tearing feeling going on. When I wipe, there are small traces of blood so I think it is a minor case of hemroids.
That was a few weeks ago. I started to monitor my diet again to determine what was causing painful bathroom sessions. I started up my oatmeal again this morning, then BAM, the pain came back.
I know I am lactose intolerant but whats the deal with oatmeal?
