I'm 17, when I use a toothbrush to vibrate my clit, I get a good sensation, my whole body tenses up my eyes water, and I feel pressure in my chest, I can't keep going after I reach this point, which happens in u see 30 seconds. I'm trying to squirt but I can't get there. I'll get a quick sensation I need to pee but it goes away just as fast as it came. What am I doing wrong?
