Hey! So I am a teenager and I want six pack abs. I am not fat, i have a pretty much flat stomach (I am 5 foot 4 or 5 and weigh 110-115lbs). I don't eat very unhealthy, and I only drink water. What are some good workouts to do, that don't involve machines. I really want to get abs and in 2-3 months. Does anyone have any workouts that actually work? Thank you so much!
