first of all i would like to thank u for looking at my question and second of all i wanted to ask my question. well i am fit, i have muscles and stuff on my shoulders and legs but i really want abs, i have anywhere about 5-8 pounds of belly fat and at the moment i weigh 155 and i am a 15 year old guy someone anyone please help
