When you say "I've never had a one day period in my whole life" do you mean:
- "I've never ever had a period in my whole life, even for one day"
or
- "I've never had a one-day period in my whole life, because they have always been 5 days, and this time it is a one-day period"?
If you've never had a period (primary amenorrhea), you should have a check-up with a doctor to discover the reason. If you know the reason already, it should give an indication whether you could be pregnant.
