First of all there is no quick way for you to lose weight, the sooner you realize that - the better. I'm not trying to be harsh or anything. It's for your own good to have in this in mind and that way you wont be disappointed by your results after short period of time.
Losing weight requires a change in your mindset. You need to sacrifice your self a bit. Give up some bad habits exercise more. Develop a routine.
Do you play sports and what are your favorite physical activities?
How many times do you eat per day and what type of food for example?
