Hey I am 19 years old and have had crohn's disease. I had 12in. of my ileum removed in 2007 and have been doing great since the surgery! I am wanting to build my size by weightlifting since I am 6'1" and weight about 145lbs. What would you say is the best way to build my size both from the dietary and nutritional aspects and the weightlifting and exercise aspects? How should I change up my diet to help gain my size and how should I change my workout routine to help me gain size the best?

Hey, I'm 18 years old and in the same situation as you, and I was wondering the same thing.I would also like to gains so weight by lifting weights and what not because I am around the same height as u but only 117lbs.
