i was told i had a kidney disease where the urine goes thru the kidney several times. What would that be called and is there treatment for it. It causes infections all the time.

hi, who told you you had a kidney disease, they would be the best person to tell you the name of your condition. Urine is formed when blood is circulated through the kidneys,filtering out all the bits and pieces that your body does not need, the remaining waste liquid is then passed via the ureters to the bladder before being excreted. Every hour the blood circulates through the kidneys about 12 times, which means your kidneys process approximately 200 litres of blood. I would go back to your doctor to find out more about what you have been diagnosed with as kidny disease needs to be well controlled.
