My back is killing me. I used to be fast moving and resourceful person capable of doing many tasks simultaneously and in the shortest period of time. I was good at basketball, swimming and karate. Now I can’t lift my leg more than few inches off the floor. I walk like a zombie. Is there an exercise to remove back pain? I would be grateful if you have some ideal exercise for this.
