Okay. I had my ovary removed when i was 9 due to a cyst and my ovary was twisted. I am now 19 years old trying to conceive and I have recently found out that I have a fibroid cyst in my other ovary. I tried birth control, but all it did was make me sick 24-7, so I stopped. I want to have a baby so bad I just want to know what I can do..Do I need to have surgery or can I actually get pregnant with this cyst? Please someone help me out..
