Hello, I have a question regarding my mother's health condition. She has been suffering from osteoarthritis for almost a decade now. In the beginning, medicaments were quite enough to sustain pain make her function normally, but now the situation has changed.
It seems that arthritis has progressed so much that medicaments are not helpful anymore. I want to know if surgery can bring her arthritis relief.

My grandfather had a similar problem several years ago. In his case, left hip was causing him great trouble, so he went for an operation and now he is just fine. Arthritis relief can be accomplished with surgery. It is even possible that minor surgical intervention will be performed, not a full operation. This method is essential if arthritis is disabling patient's full movements.
