HELP!!
I missed my period in December but at the beginning of January my period came and now I've been on it for a month. When I missed my period I thought that it might be because of potential pregnancy, because yes I did have unprotected sex, but when I took a test it came out negative. And now I've been on my period for a month. It's been really light the first few weeks but just a few days ago it started to come heavier, if anyone could help me with this problem I would very grateful.

You should see your gynecologist. It is not normal to bleed more then seven days. The amount of blood and fluid lost is usually between 4 and 12 teaspoons each cycle. Losing more blood than that can seriously jeopardize your health. I'm not a doctor but I found that Endometrial polyps can cause longer menstrual periods. Polyps occur from long term use of estrogen medication or from excessive build-up of estrogen because of non-ovulation. Take care.
