You do not have symptoms the day after. Most of the time the first sign of pregnancy is a missed period. If you are over 1 or 2 weeks late take a home pregnancy test, you can get these at drug stores. If you do not want to buy one go to a Family Planning Clinic or health clinic where they can test and it may be free because of your age. They can give you advice on how to proceed.
