Hi everyone, this is the first time I've ever posted on anything but feel so fed up. You know when you know your body and just know something isn't right.

Since late last year I have had loads of uti's and am now seeing a urologist. I also go to the toilet lots. They are treating me for an over active bladder. However, I also have horrendous abdominal pains so much so I took myself to a&e twice. The second time I found out I had a bleeding cyst on right ovary and polyps but not big enough to operate. 

That was January and now it's April and problem still on going. Abdominal pain is awful, have time off work with it and I've also noticed that sex is unbearable and I spot afterwards. The pain is so severe for days afterwards. 

Lately I have started with constant back ache and some blood in my stools. 

I just feel a mess and don't know what's happening to me. I'm only 35.
