Hello everyone. Here's my problem. First of all here's my medical history. I had a illeostomy (removal of large intestine and rectum) back in 1990. About a year ago I started having terrible pain in my butt, from my tailbone to my rectum. Due to sitting all day at work I thought maybe that was the problem. But I've since quit my job. But then I started noticing that when I have a bladder infection the pain and pressure in my butt area gets way worse, and sometimes after the infection is gone then the butt pain goes away, so I thought maybe the inflamed bladder was putting pressure on my butt area, but now I have no bladder infection and the pain has came back and it's a constant 24/7 pain I have went to my urologist and had a cystoscope and it was fine. I've had history of kidneys stones and I have one on my right and left kidney, but right now they aren't causing me any problems. So I was wandering if maybe they have something to do with my butt pain. I went to my gastranoligist and he ordered a special type of MRI that I'm getting done and my PC ordered a CT that I'm getting done. But in the mean time I'm in terrible pain. So yes I do have a bag and I don't notice any bloody stools when I empty it, sometimes it's runny and sometimes it's hard. So I know it's not hemmiriods due to the fact that I have no rectum, I have no leakage from the rectum area. But the pressure I feel is beyond painful and it hasn't stopped in over a month now. So does anyone have a clue as to what it could be. I was thinking maybe scar tissue has built up in there over the past 27 years, but I really don't know. I can't wait for answers, this is driving me absolutely crazy. Thank you
