I'm getting really bad cramps and today in class I couldn't stand up it was so bad and I felt sick to my stomach on Monday and today's Wednesday and I'm kind of scared because alot of girls are getting there period.But I'm nervous because I'm ONLY 11 YEARS OLD!I need help and also if you could give me tips on helping cramp pains that would be awesome!
