having heart palpitations for 21/2 weeks straight. talked to my doctor since ive been diagnosed with divertculosis with out divertculitis. have had gallbladdery out in 2019 so its not gallbladder. I have bloating and active bowel noise etc. he diagnosed me with gastroparesis. Im wanting a second opinion since the gas is moving ,i feel it clear up against my heart. he thinks it might be vagus nerve irritationfrom the bloating issues .saying my stomach isnt clearing out as fast as it should be. My palps go from typical flips which feel like the heart is skipping a beat to a buzzing feeling and when i take pulse its is really beating super fast. I bear down on my stomach like im trying to pass gas and it stops it. any suggestions on if my dr is correct? or should i seek a cardiologist? Dr told me to go on a liquid diet for 7 days,. Havs anyone able to do this? this is hard thinking i should get some ensure? or something?

maybe a hernia? it doesnt hurt ,just feelings of palps starting in my abdomen area and the feeling goes clear up thru my neck to my head. That is weird. and scary. any help would be appreciated
