how about taking sports or some creative activities?
for example, boxing, swimming, diving, tennis, badminton, ping-pong, soccer. or a dance class(hip-hop , merengue, african dance, whatever) .
ppl who have lots of energy like you usually are very creative or excel in sports. it would make you happy to use that energy in positive, cool way.
if you really are super angry (i have my share of angry fits, where i scream my head off) first of all let me tell you something i learned a couple years back :
anger is an expression of either Hurt, Frustration or Fear or all combined. (or two combined)
talking about your anger can really help you understand your perspective on it and where it comes from. and understand yourself.
psychotherapy or close friends may help.
even just asking yourself, ''where does the anger i feel come from?'' can unlock answers. sometimes it can take a while (couple minutes) just to know how u are feeling. dont think, just let the answers come.
