Hey guys! So I have been trying to figure out my midsection for years. I'm simply having a bulge every time I look in the mirror. This may be due to a little body fat over my abdominals but I've been hitting cardio for the past two months. My arms legs and chest are skinny but my stomach is just a square with six pack that protrudes . I read somewhere that cardio won't do much for skinny fat. Is this mostly true? I like to run a lot because I prepare for track n field way before it starts. I've done everything I possibly can: stomach vacuums, sit-ups and crunches, planks of many variations, even eatin less. I also notice that my stomach can change in belly size depending on how much I eat and it can stay that way for some time. So even if I eat less and clean... One day when I accidentally eat too much, the stomach is back to its buldging form. And don't get me wrong, I'm an athlete. Run track and play ultimate frisbee with the dudes. So I really don't know what's going on. Any help or tips? I'm just trying to figure this out and it's been many years with no success... Maybe I should lift more? Oh and I'm 17 149 lbs. lost some weight due to eating less. Hope it's fat if I have any.. Would cry if it was muscle....
