In the last few weeks I've started having twitchy at night, whenever I'm trying to get to sleep. I have no idea what's causing it but getting to sleep is becoming difficult and the only thing I can think of is that it might be a side effect of the Immuran. I also have iron poor blood and am taking iron supplements. If anyone has any ideas as to what it might be?

Restless legs are so aggravating, especially when you're trying to fall asleep! My mom gets them a lot. She’s deficient in B-12, so that might be something to explore with your doctor. When I get them, I try to do jumping jacks squats against the wall for a few minutes that involves the major muscle groups in my legs. That and a regular multi-vitamin are my only suggestions, I am sorry but I don't know anything about side effects from Immuran. There’s a new medicine on the market for people with severe restless leg syndrome.
