I have always been a bit on the heavy side. I was never fat ir obessed... But I also was never skinny. But these simple things helped like a MIRACLE(:
Make a plan, create a simple exercise daily routine and track/watch what you eat.
Lower the amount of calories you eat and drink 6-12 glasses of water a day (this will make everything 100 times easier)
Also make a daily exercise routine. This is not hard at all and will not affect your life at all with harm but joy!
My exercise routine that really seemed to help was;
Morning- *Wake up at 6:00 and do the following until 6:30
-Then stretch doing the following bellow.
Do 20 sit-ups
20 crunches
20 superman
20 reverse superman
30 jumping jacks
Go for a run around the block
*Stretches- Do a backbend, Stretch your arms/wrists, Stretch your legs/ankles, Stretch you neck & anything else.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Afternoon- *Come home and go running through the
woods & then do the following exercises.
Do 50 sit-ups
30 push-ups
50 superman
50 reverse superman
100 jumping jacks
30 crunches
Then go for an hour bike ride.
*Stretches- Do a backbend, Stretch your arms/wrists, Stretch your legs/ankles, Stretch you neck & anything else.

Nightime- *Before going to bed complete the following
Then do the stretches.
Do 20 sit-ups
20 crunches
20 superman
20 reverse superman
30 jumping jacks
Go for a walk every night with family/friends/anyone (for support)
*Stretches- Do a backbend, Stretch your arms/wrists, Stretch your legs/ankles, Stretch you neck & anything else.

This may seem like a lot at first but DON'T WORRY! It gets easier... And it also helps if you have someone by your side!
So just remember; 1:Make A Plan 2:Track what you eat 3:Stick to your exercise!!!! 4:Ask someone to do it with you 5:Don't give up!

Also think of this as a healthy living!!! Not a diet(: Eat wheat; lowfat or skim milk; turkey and NOT ham!!!; egg whites; fruites; brown rice; chicken; fruit smoothies (AWSOME!); people also say drink diet soda NOT TRUE! It just puts a lot more toxins in your body so I prefer on lowfat/skim milk, water, orange juice ext.

I recommend fruit smoothies! You can not go wrong with them! They are easy to make, 100% fat free, and YUMMY!!!
To make the best and healthiest fruit smoothies get:
*A bag of frozen fruit (strawberries)
*Lowfat/skim milk
*Bananas
*Fat free yogurt
Then just blend it all together until mixed together! There are a lot of other kinds of smoothies; just as long as there healthy(;
