Robin does not run. She has begun to exercise more regularly. I think because she is feeling better about herself that she feels like napping more.

way, way lower with increased mileage for me.... There's been alot of complaining around here lately :( . Post marathon week is something that my husband waits for :D

For me it depends on the type of increase.
When I increase my miles from 20 to 30, or 35, I have lots of energy, and feel better about myself so yes... :thumbsup: .
But when I was training for marathons and I increased from 40 to 50 or 60, I was really tired in the evenings, so... :thumbsdown:
