I had surgical abortion 3 days ago and used a tampon on the first day I had abortion, only. My bleeding stopped after first day as well and now it's just watery discharge with occasional red-brown streaks in the discharge. Also, i'm not sure if my discharge is considered 'smelly' but it does have a smell and I did not have fever. Do i have an infection or am I just over-worrying?
