ingrown hair/lump on shaft of penis

Guys, have a bath with hot water twice a day and make sure lump is getting hot water poured on it. All the waste material will automatically comes out. I am sharing my self experience. 

I have the same problem i thought it was like an infected blood vessel on my penis i was like "oh hell no i cant show anyone " so i went online and found this website thanks for the help and may i ask does just regular alchohol pads work for cleaning

Hey guys. I have had the same problem before.  Just so you all know if you apply rubbing alchol to it it can help.  Rubbing alchol helps suck the moisture out of it and kill any infection.   It will dry it out and tada no more problem. With me it drew out the c**p to the surface and at the slightest squeeze it all came out.  Well good luck this worked for me.  Warm water and wash cloths sound good too.  if you want to do both i suggest alchol second.  

It can be dealt with. I too had an in-grown hair. With me, at the very beginning, it looked like a small white-head just peeking from below the skin. Rather than squeeze it out, I left it. Bad idea. If you see something just squeeze it out immediately because it became really red and swollen over the course of a week. So much so that the 'white-head' completely submerged itself below the skin meaning I had nothing to squeeze at anymore - just this red mass. I was totally stressing for about 2 weeks as no matter what I done the 'pimple' was just made redder by squeezing. Solution? I covered it hourly with cream and wrapped a bandage round the shaft of my penis. This meant that it didn't chafe in my trousers when walking about. This brought the swelling down drastically after a few days. With only the faint glimmer of a white spot at the centre of the lump (good quite possible have been my imagination) I squeezed at my penis like a freaking madman in the shower. (piping hot water, sauna, steam worked very well for me to coax the bastard out). I got some of the puss out. The skin then healed over and it was apparent, with vision and touch, that more puss was still in there. Over the course of another week or two I had to open the would and squeeze a little more puss out each time (this was always done in the shower). I done this for about a total of 5 times. I was out of action with my girl for about a month. But so so so so so worth it. As with any penis problem - no sex is a good idea. 

 

In general - once originally squeezed - the puss will always come to the surface. It wants out too. Its just a matter of timing. I also was having like 3-4 showers a day. I dunno. Whenever I have had a penis problem somehow really hot water seems to do the trick.

I recently got the same ingrown hair/pimple thing on the underside of my shaft and every time I start pushing down on it with a sterilized needle, I start getting light-headed lol

if you pop them a scar will appear as I had a massive one now I have a big circle scar I got another one it's when u have sex or masterbation u block the skin pores which cause it to flare I found natural tea tree oil and aloe Vera gel is very good for this it can take swelling down do not pop them it will leave scaring as u only have one layer of skin on your penis it could also be a cyst which are painful so every day apply tea tree and aloe Vera gel till it turns white that's when the skin will start forming

i have that too but i squeezed it hard after 2 days, and it squirted out puss and blood, it still hurts its been 4 days and it still big n sore and oozing but i have a lymph node swollen n sore in crook of my leg next to sore idk but it hurts wont go away

ok so i think i have a problem, i am newly NOT a virgin, so im still not sure what most STD's can look like, and the person i had intercourse with was someone who i believed had no dieseases and whom also told me the same thing. but after about three days i began to notice what seems to be a pimple near the base of my shaft which is attached to a hair about an inch or so length wise, and i have tried pulling the hair and popping the white head on it, but it hasnt gone away yet it has been about a week or a bit longer and it hasn't decreased in size or anything even when i shower every day, its not very big just sensitive to the touch as to when pants rub against it, im not sure if im worrying to much about nothing or if i should be scared that i have an STD of some sort, if i should be worried i need someone to tell me ASAP so i can get checked out, if not please tell me whats going on so i can stop freaking out!

Dude. What I do
is get a sterile needle and pop it, wait until it fills with puss :? then use TCP or somthing to clean the wound, I works fine for me no scars. and wash down the more often and stop masturbating so often :/

don't be a puss im 13 and I had one it was from not washing that area its an ingrown hair just pinch it like aaa zit itl come out may hurt but it worked and went away over night

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!!

 

Rubbing Alcohol, plain and simple. I've had one for 2 weeks, and I just today was able to see the hair underneath the skin (mine never get pus or a head on them, just swollen under the skin).

I just took a cotton swab, and rubbing alcohol, rubbed the area for about 30 seconds. It stung like hell, but once I finished, the ENTIRE HAIR had surfaced, it's like an inch long hahaha

Go to the f*****g doctor that is sooo not normal....... im just gonna tell you as a doctors oppinion get it checked

How bad does it hurt to poke your "area" with the needle?

Basically you have to wait it out. I get them all the time after shaving, having sex, then not showering right away. I know its an ingrown hair because its just one spot, usually around the same area, and its exactly what everyone here is describing. I've had maybe 4 in my life...34...and they take about 6 weeks to go away on their own. Basically it will start out as a small internal lump of discomfort, the swell about double in size and become very visible. The after 6 weeks the bulge in the skin will start to die off and scab away and it will be gone.

I've had the same thing you all have for about a week and literally just a few minutes ago I squeezed it and some puss and fluid came out and now it's gone. I've had them before. Nothing to worry about.
