I am a 47 y/o female in very good shape, excercise regularly, eat well. Always been very healthy, no medical issues at all. About a week and a half ago I started to experience intense headaches that are very localized (in the back, lower left area of my head, at the bony area.) This ONLY occurs when my heart rate goes up...during exercise and sex. These are activities that I participate in regularly. Over the course of the week, I've noticed that they are not as localized, but more of a feeling of pressure in my head. I have really cut back on the exercise portion because of my last exercise session, which I actually had to stop the pain was so intense.
I would so appreciate any feedback. Thank you for your time! Nicole
